Free Plan
Our Free Plan is entirely ad-supported and does not involve any charges. Therefore, it is not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Pro Plan Refund Eligibility
Purchases made for the Pro Plan are generally final and non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests under the following exceptional situations:
- Accidental duplicate payments or billing errors.
- Prolonged service outages exceeding 24 hours.
- Confirmed technical issues that prevent access to or use of Pro Plan features.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For

Refund Processing Time
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
